New patients

Your first visit, step by step

A new-patient visit takes about an hour. Nothing starts until you say so.

  1. Step 1: Request a visit

Use the form or call us. Tell us a day that suits you and how you would like us to reply.

  2. Step 2: We check your benefits

If you have dental insurance, our front desk looks up your plan's benefits and tells you what the plan says it covers before you come in.

  3. Step 3: Fill in your forms

Health history and consent forms live in the practice's own secure portal, not on this website. Paper forms are available if you prefer.

  4. Step 4: Your exam and consult

Your dentist examines your teeth and gums, takes X-rays if they decide you need them, and talks through your goals and your options.

  5. Step 5: Your plan, in writing

You leave with a written plan and an estimate for any treatment, and time to ask questions before you decide.

Fill in your new-patient forms

Complete your health history before you arrive. The forms open in the practice's own secure portal.

Before you come in

What do I bring to my first visit?

Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID and a list of the medicines you take. If you have recent dental X-rays, bring them or ask your old office to send them.

Do I fill in medical details on this website?

No. Our contact form asks for no medical details. Your health history goes on the forms in the practice's own secure portal.

Can you get my records from my old dentist?

Yes. Give us your previous practice's name and phone number and we will request your records, with your written permission, before your first visit.

Ready to book a first visit?

Tell us a good time and how to reach you. We will take it from there.
